Panic Disorder
A frequent and unplanned panic episode is a symptom of panic disorder. Even when there is no obvious threat or trigger, these attacks are distinguished by an abrupt surge of panic, discomfort, or a sense of losing control. Panic disorder does not must follow a panic episode.
